Every photograph here is one of our jobs. Materials are named the way we’d name them on site, and each swatch is cropped from the job’s own photo.

A new garden in Lavendon: an oak pergola over pale composite decking, grey porcelain planked steps, a lawn and a brick-built house behind.

Design by Cherry Pip Gardens

Lavendon

A complete revamp of a blank canvas. A bespoke oak pergola sits within Millboard decking, with a Florence cream patio and grey porcelain planks making planted pathways, and a floating bench between two herb gardens.

This project has everything a garden should have.

Bletchley

New sandstone patios and meandering borders gave this garden the traditional feel the clients wanted.

A garden in Marston with a striped lawn levelled by retaining walls, and a patio of autumn brown sandstone edged in pale gravel.

Designed by the clients

Marston

An undulating garden that wasn’t practical. Retaining walls levelled the main lawn, with two new patio areas, sleeper planters and a bench to catch the afternoon sun.

Our clients designed this project and they have a great eye for it.

Polished concrete porcelain on every paved area, with room left for planting. The soft wood pergola and Venetian screening were made on site to the client’s specification.

The round deck

Millboard flooring and oak planters around a cut-out granite water feature. One of the most tranquil spaces we’ve completed.

A testing build with some serious calculations. But no match for our team.

Hard access

Where the digger couldn’t go.

Looking down a new sleeper-edged staircase onto a limestone patio, a charcoal kerb and a lawn behind a brick house.

In Buckingham, access was a major problem. The team overcame it and made a practical space, with a light porcelain that makes the garden stand out.

On another job there was limited access for diggers, so everything came out by hand. New retaining walls went in “belt and braces”, with a natural limestone patio and a staircase up to a bespoke bench.

Some real graft going into this one.

Driveways and block paving

Brindle and charcoal.

A garden brought back to life in Bedford with Marshalls brindle block paving and charcoal borders. And a Driveline 50 drive with an ACO drain at the front, for extra drainage on the rainy days.
